Overview
This Bexar County community was masterminded by an individual by the name of G.G. Gale. He worked on it from the middle of the seventies all the way into 2011. That’s when construction on it was officially finished. It’s composed of about 20 miles of streets and roads. It spans more than 2,000 scenic acres, too.
It’s right next to Highway 281 and because of that can be convenient for people who commute to work on a daily basis. It’s also right by Cibolo Creek and San Antonio proper. The metropolis’ vibrant downtown section is a little more than 20 miles away. Close to 13,500 individuals live in the neighborhood now.

Housing in Timberwood Park
Single Family Homes
Property values in the community are pretty high relative to much of San Antonio. This is likely partly a result of architectural regulations that are in place. There are various regulations that strive to safeguard the preservation of land in the region.
Although residential properties in the neighborhood are often Texan in vibe, they frequently possess European nuances, too. Single Family home square footage can vary from 1,500 to more than 5,000 square feet in size. Prices range from a low end of about $250,000 up to $615,000 or more. This place is known for having homeowner association fees that aren’t costly. It doesn’t have any city taxes, either.
